For all of us at Bundaleer, creating wine isn’t just a business, it’s something we love to do! Our red wines are made exclusively from grapes grown at our family-owned and operated Bundaleer Vineyard, planted in 1998 in a former
orchard area in the Southern Flinders Ranges region in South Australia.
A great example of a true Australian style, we made this decadent sparkling wine with fruit from our Shiraz vineyard in the Southern Flinders Ranges region of South Australia. We matured the wine in older American oak barrels then selected this batch of Shiraz as the perfect wine for some sparkles.
Bundaleer’s first sparkling wine, it’s a unique indulgence for even the smallest of celebrations. Deep red in colour, the wine is elegant with rich varietal Shiraz character. From your first sip you’ll experience an explosion of soft black fruit flavours with a hint of sweetness. The gentle tannins and oak combine perfectly with fine bubbles for a long finish that will leave you wanting more.
Serve chilled for a great party starter or wonderful for a lazy Sunday brunch.
