We matured the wine in older American oak barrels then selected this batch of Shiraz as the perfect wine for some sparkles. Bundaleer's first sparkling wine, it's a unique indulgence for even the smallest of celebrations. Deep red in colour, the wine is elegant with rich varietal Shiraz character. From your first sip you'll experience an explosion of soft black fruit flavours with a hint of sweetness.
